Can I get cash or use the card at an ATM?

CalABLE cardholders now have the option to withdraw cash using their ABLE Visa® Prepaid Card. This feature is completely optional. If you would like to enable cash access, you will be able to turn it on in your card’s spending settings.

Once enabled, you will be able to withdraw cash at more than 55,000 in-network Allpoint ATMs with no fee. These ATMs are located in many- merchants you may already visit, including Target, CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Circle K, and Chevron. You may also request cash back at participating merchants for no fee from us (merchants may charge a fee, though many do not). Out-of-network ATM withdrawals will carry a $1.50 fee, which is typically lower than the out-of-network fees charged by other providers. Please note that cash withdrawals will be limited to $500 per day and $3,000 per month. You can also set custom limits on overall daily, weekly, or monthly spending.
